Symposium | Sustainable Electronics and Digital Technologies | Nanoelec
December 16, 2025 | 8:30 am > 5:30 pm | Grenoble
Tomorrow’s electronics and digital industries must move towards greater sustainability, while respecting environmental limits and the societal bottom line. To achieve this, it is crucial to rethink the entire value chain.
Against this backdrop, Nanoelec, the Pôle universitaire d’innovation (PUI) Grenoble Alpes, the PEPR Electronique and the Labex UGA Microelectronics have organised the very first national symposium on sustainable electronics and digital technology (ENDDay24) in 2024. Researchers from all fields put forward more than 40 contributions highlighting their most recent advances in terms of tools, methodology and demonstrators in the field. Of the 200 participants, some arrived the day before and left the next day, either because they came from regions other than Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes or because they were travelling from Switzerland or Belgium.
On the strength of this success, the four partners are planning to repeat the operation in 2025. The aim is to create a scientific community focusing on sustainable electronics and digital technologies. We are counting on increased participation from academic and industrial scientists from all over France, as well as from Belgium, Switzerland and Quebec. Emphasis will be placed on the expectations of companies in the region, in close coordination with the PUI Grenoble-Alpes.
Take part in this new day organised by Nanoelec, PUI Grenoble Alpes, PEPR Électronique and Labex UGA Microelectronics, with the support of Minalogic.
