A word from the Honorary President

Jean-Luc Estienne Président honoraire

Jean-Luc ESTIENNE
Honorary President

Governments all over the world have become acutely aware of the strategic nature of the electronics industry which now irrigates all downstream sectors of the economy and significantly impacts their GDP.

This ever-increasing presence of electronics gives our organization a societal responsibility to support changes towards a digital economy and environmental sobriety which will shape the quality of life in the years to come.

#ACSIEL is more than ever alongside all the players in this new world – industry, research, education – so that France and Europe can promote and develop their know-how in a global environment of intense competitiveness.

In concert with the CNFM (National Coordination of Training in Micro- and Nano-technologies), and with the support of the Public Authorities, #ACSIEL has intensified its actions in this direction: Creation of the CSF Electronics, INFORISM project (Innovative and Strategic Training Engineering in Microelectronics), multiplication of relationships with downstream sectors are some examples. Our strength is that which all our members give us. If you are reading these lines, you probably want to join us. We are waiting for you !
