Singapore, Meylan (France) and Montreal (Canada) – April 15, 2025 – Vertex Growth, a Singapore-based venture capital fund, today announced a €10 million commitment to Dolphin Semiconductor, a leading provider of semiconductor IP solutions, specializing in mixed-signal IP design. This investment will support and accelerate the implementation of Dolphin Semiconductor’s growth strategy.
Vertex Holdings, a subsidiary of global investment company Temasek. This fund is dedicated to investing in high-potential companies ready to take their business to the next level. Vertex Growth’s investment, with its proven track record of supporting technology companies, reinforces Dolphin Semiconductor’s commitment to advancing semiconductor innovation on a global scale.
Dolphin Semiconductor aims to expand its operations to meet the growing demand for advanced semiconductor IP blocks in key markets such as industrial, high-performance computing, consumer electronics, IoT and automotive. This participation will enable us to strengthen R&D, intensify commercial activities and seize opportunities for consolidation.
As previously announced in November 2024, Jolt Capital, a private equity firm specializing in growth-stage deeptech, has committed to investing €26m in several tranches to support Dolphin Semiconductor’s development. Thanks to this commitment from Vertex Growth, Dolphin Semiconductor is now in a position to further accelerate its expansion plans, while leveraging Vertex’s global platform to identify partners and develop commercial relationships, particularly in Asia.
