VTE, Territorial Business Volunteering, is a system that supports you in recruiting young talents for positions of responsibility,< span style=”font-size: 11pt; text-align: justify;”>to contribute to your energy and ecological transition or transform your industrial tool. The VTE allows you to have financial assistance for the recruitment of a young graduate or work-study student (minimum bac+3 level acquired or targeted)

• The Green VTE: financed by ADEME, the Green VTE is financial aid of €8,000 for the recruitment of young talent for Ecological and Energy Transition missions internal to the company
• The VTE Territoires d’Industrie: financed by the ANCT and the Caisse des Dépôts, the VTE TI is financial assistance of€4,000for industrial companies and services to industry, located in Territory of Industry and recruiting a young talent for a position of responsibility
