The Rodin Club publishes a new book
The Rodin Club publishes a new book: “Reinventing our SMEs: The essential role of CSR”.
How do SMEs and VSEs view CSR?
50 entrepreneurs share their vision. A book to demystify, demonstrate and act through 250 quotes.
Preface by Gilles Schnepp, Chairman of FIEEC and Pierre Gattaz, Président du MEDEF
With this title for its second book, the Club Rodin, Think Tank of the FIEEC (Fédération des Industries Electriques, Electroniques et de Communication), is deliberately provocative. Indeed, while SMEs have been on a roll in recent years, CSR is far from being the main reason for this phenomenon. This “Corporate Social Responsibility” is either unknown or poorly understood by the vast majority of SME managers.
The book’s originality: plurality and diversity of expression
An angle of view, a free choice
The numerous testimonials and debates within the Club Rodin provided the main material for this original work. Neither a quantitative study nor a sociological analysis, it simply expresses the Rodin Club’s viewpoint, a perception of the reality of SMEs and the role that CSR can play there, better integrating stakeholders at all levels of the company.
