Juin 2019 – Consumer confidence and satisfaction are the primary objectives of our professionals, guaranteeing their long-term viability and profitability.
In an approach based on trust and openness, and following the adoption of various new regulations, notably the Consumer Law of March 17, 2014 and the entry into force of the new European Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (RGPD) on May 25, 2018, the MEDEF wanted to address consumers directly in order to best support them in their act of purchase and give them concrete information on their rights and obligations throughout the customer journey: before, during and after the sale.
This practical guide is designed to be instructive, informative and supportive, and is not intended to answer all the questions consumers and professionals may have, but rather to bring together the main questions they ask themselves throughout the customer journey in the context of the sale of a good or service. We have endeavored to provide the clearest and most precise answers possible, as well as advice and warnings for consumers, in a particularly complex legal context, which is set to become even more so.
