Since April 2024, #ACSIEL has had one more member on its staff. AGIGA has indeed joined us to strengthen our alliance again and again. Through 4 questions, we give the floor to Michel LORIOT, its founding president, to present the company, its field of activity and its social and societal vision of electronics.

> AGIGA and the AGEC law

What role does AGIGA intend to play within the value chain of the French electronics industry to contribute to the application of the AGEC law and to a virtuous circular economy?

AGIGA is a mission-driven company which, at its creation, included its values in its statutes, which I remind you of below.

Since then, AGIGA has been a winner Innov’R by ADEME, Coq Vert by the BPI and is at the ECCESS (Electronic Components Circular Economy Sustanability Standard) label initiative which defines the framework for the circular economy of electronic components.

ECCESS (Electronic Components Circular Economy Sustanability Standard) label

Extract from our statutes

Beyond daily business, it is the affirmation of a long-term vision which specifies the company’s place in the Company. As an economic actor of course, whose purpose is to create value. But also as a contributor to a collective interest. By providing itself with a reason for being, AGIGA PLACE asserts itself in a social project and explains the role it will play in it.

The reason for AGIGA PLACE

Participate in a model of virtuous environmental and social respect and promote its values throughout its ecosystem.< /em>

Social and environmental objectives

  1. Providing access to the circular economy.
  2. Develop frugal innovation and responsible consumption.
  3. Allow everyone to carry out a professional activity in a suitable environment.
  4. Promote its core values to its partners, customers and suppliers.

> Electronics, the reason for being #ACSIEL!

The electronics sector is having difficulty recruiting. One of our strong and key missions is the attractiveness of professions.
How does AGIGA understand it?

Our HR policy reserves a large place for recruitment through apprenticeship. The latter allows:

  • It’s up to the apprentice to enrich themselves with concrete experience, to put themselves in a situation and to the test of the professional world.
  • It is up to the company to integrate talent at an advantageous cost, the latter having to be considered as an investment.
  • For both to get to know each other mutually in order to prepare and initiate the sustainability of their relationship through a permanent contract whose success will be guaranteed in advance.< /li>

Of course, it remains necessary to attract the right employees, and therefore the right apprentices. To do this, we favor soft skills over know-how, potential over experience.
To attract them, we highlight our agility, our responsiveness and hyper-adapted management to each employee.

I often say that we do not recruit a virtuoso to play a score, but that we write a score adapted to our musician.

Nice conclusion, thank you and welcome to AGIGA within #ACSIEL!
